"We the People" must reassert our need to return the Federal Government back to the limits of the US Constitution and return all Constitutional rights to the People and the States in that order.

Our Local, State and Federal governments must give the sections of our State and Federal Constitutions that allow any legislation they wish to consider. Any subjects not specifically allowed will not be brought up for discussion.

Any amendments passed after the tenth amendment will be scrutinized to determine if the amendment to the US Constitution infringes upon the peoples rights and freedom (liberty), if the amendment does not pass the "liberty" test it should be repealed.

Our elected must not be above the law, if there is any abuse of power as determined by a Citizen Grand Jury http://riseupforamerica.com/, the legislators will be tried by impeachment proceeding, if found guilty will be subject to the criminal code.

H.R. 450

Sponsored by Rep. John Shadegg, R-Ariz., H.R. 450, the Enumerated Powers Act, states, "Each Act of Congress shall contain a concise and definite statement of the constitutional authority relied upon for the enactment of each portion of that Act. The failure to comply with this section shall give rise to a point of order in either House of Congress."

We need to remind Congress, the Senate and President of their limited authority granted in the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

It states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

"What that means is that the Founding Fathers intended our national government to be a limited government, a government of limited powers that cannot expand its legislative authority into areas reserved to the states or to the people,"
